Stress is a type of pressure. it is started when we think have that some one and something that moment we don’t able to get that what we think to have that time happen in our mind lot of symptoms that is called stress.

      Someone keep silent that time

Stressors and stress coping

      Stress happens when our mind and body react to some real or imagined situation.

      Situation which cause stress reactions are called stressors.

      Stress coping is what people try to do to overcome negative affects. When exposed to stressful events.

      Thus  coping is a way to prevent, delay, avoid or manage stress.
