Introduction 

Understanding the importance of diversity within the organization and developing the men diversity may be a key to retain the talent staff can come through the target goals of any organization. Giving equal employment opportunities to each worker is sustained long as a result of a personal or one cluster cannot result higher performance. Discriminating upon the caste, gender, religion, color is merely mere failure for the organization. The management necessary desires diversity and socio cultural as a result of each worker has their talents and skills in playing the task. 

The benefits or effectiveness of workforce diversity includes;

     Work force diversity will increase power inside a corporation as a result of heterogeneous teams is cross-fertilizing each other inside the organization.

The more diverse your customer service team is, the more likely they will be able to show empathy towards a diverse customer base, and take customer requests seriously.  Simply put, a diverse customer service team is better equipped to connect your customers to your brand.

     workforce diversity becomes the cornerstone of. organizational performance which improves productivity. Managing diversity can enhance employees' morale which. is expressed as the depiction of their attitude, emotions, satisfaction and overall point of view towards their organization.
